Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
